Youtheory Has The Need For Speed As Primary Sponsor Of #70 Camaro

As part of its efforts to target a male audience with its new men's line of dietary supplements, youtheory™ is going where most beauty brands have been afraid to go, NASCAR. Based on its successful line of products but reformulated just for men, youtheory has created special versions of its advanced collagen, joint collagen, revive workout recovery daily supplements as well as a collagen protein shake. The men's line features black distinctive packaging from the main product line and is available now in health and vitamin retailers nationwide.

"NASCAR has long been known as a great marketing partner for companies but it was one that beauty brands haven't paid attention to on a large scale," said Nutrawise CEO Darren Rude. "Being a fan of the sport, I knew the potential that the right activation could have for us and it was an easy decision to sponsor Derrike Cope to help increase awareness about youtheory and our new men's line."

In time for Daytona, youtheory's sponsorship has already been put into effect with the lease of an improved Chevrolet R07 engine. In addition, the #70 Camaro received a new paint scheme featuring youtheory's signature "bubble" design across the car (pictured above) and the crew's transporter and pit boxes are "wrapped" with youtheory's colorful design.

The #70 youtheory Camaro driven by Derrike Cope is in conjunction with JRR and ML Motorsports and Derrike Cope Racing. Veteran NASCAR driver Derrike Cope has competed in NASCAR Sprint Cup, Nationwide and Camping World Truck Series. He has more than 30 years of top-level NASCAR experience with two NASCAR Sprint Cup victories, formerly Winston Cup, including the 1990 Daytona 500 and Dover in the same year. His Daytona 500 victory was one of the biggest upsets in NASCAR history. From Tacoma Washington, and first competing in the Winston West series, Cope was inducted into the Pacific Northwest NASCAR Hall of Fame and the NASCAR West Coast Hall of Fame.

"It's been a privilege to have been co-sponsored by youtheory since March and am thrilled to now feature them as the primary sponsor of the #70 Camaro," said Derrike Cope. "youtheory is an exciting and unique product and the CEO, his family and staff are remarkable people. After years of racing and the wear and tear of severe crashes on my body it is great to be able to take a product that rejuvenates my ligaments and tendons!"
