2014 Daytona II: NASCAR Nationwide Qualifying Results - Armstrong, Ford On Pole!

Dakoda Armstrong and his No. 43 Fresh from Florida Ford won the Coors Light Pole Award for the 13th Annual Subway Firecracker 250 with a lap of 46.845 seconds, 192.123 mph. This is his first pole in 23 NASCAR Nationwide Series races and his first pole and second top-10 start in 2014. This is also his first pole in two races at Daytona International Speedway. In addition, Armstrong was the fastest qualifying rookie.

Also starting on the front row, Trevor Bayne and his No. 6 AdvoCare Ford posted his sixth top-10 start of 2014 and his sixth in nine races at Daytona International Speedway.

Third quick, Chris Buescher and his No. 60 Roush Performance Ford posted his first top-10 start at Daytona International Speedway. It is his seventh in 15 races this season.

Ryan Reed and his No. 16 ADADrivetoStopDiabetesbyLillyDiabetes Ford was fourth quick with Kyle Busch and his No. 54 Monster Energy Toyota rounding out the top five.

Overall, 45 NASCAR Nationwide entries attempted to qualify for tonight's race.
