2014 Daytona II: NASCAR Nationwide Race Results - Kahne, Chevrolet Win!

Kasey Kahne and his No. 5 Hellmann's Chevrolet won the 13th Annual Subway Firecracker 250 , his eighth victory in 204 NASCAR Nationwide Series races. This is his first victory and first top-10 finish in 2014. This is also his first victory and ninth top-10 finish in 19 races at Daytona International Speedway. The Margin of Victory of tonight's race (0.021) is the third closest NNS finish at Daytona and eighth all-time in series history.

Coming up short was Regan Smith and his No. 7 Goody's Chevrolet posted his third top-10 finish in ten races at Daytona International Speedway. It is his 14th top-10 finish in 2014.

In third, Ryan Sieg and his No. 21 Pull-A-Part Used Auto Parts Chevrolet posted his best career finish and second top-10 finish in two races at Daytona International Speedway. Sieg was also the highest finishing rookie.

Ryan Reed and his No. 16 ADADrivetoStopDiabetespresentedbyLillyDiabetes Ford was fourth with Kyle Larson and his No. 42 Target Ticket Chevrolet rounding out the top five finishers.

Regan Smith leads the point standings by 12 points over Elliott Sadler.
