Although this weekend marks Dillon's first NASCAR Sprint Cup Series attempt at New Hampshire Motor Speedway, the 2013 NASCAR Nationwide Series Champion has made three Nationwide Series starts at the track, earning two third-place finishes (2013 and 2012) and led one lap. The 2011 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series Champion has three previous starts at the Loudon, N.H.-based facility in the Truck Series, earning his best finish of second in 2011 and best finish of fourth in 2009, 2010 and 2011. In two 2008 NASCAR K&N Pro Series East division starts at the track, Dillon has two top-five finishes and one pole award.

Welcome, Dow ... Dillon's rookie year in the Sprint Cup Series is also Dow's first year as a primary sponsor with RCR and the No. 3 Chevrolet. Proceeds directly benefit the Children's Hospital at Dartmouth-Hitchock (CHaD) and David's House, a home away from home and critical resource for families of children being treated at CHaD. Tickets are $40 each and are available online at www.newhampshire.speedwaycharities.org or www.chadkids.org or by calling 603-653-3487.

Do you enjoy New Hampshire Motor Speedway?
"I love New Hampshire Motor Speedway, that's one of my favorite tracks. I've always run well there in the NASCAR Nationwide Series and the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series. I've got quite a few laps there, even going back to the NASCAR K&N Pro Series East days, so I'm looking forward to my first NASCAR Sprint Cup Series start at New Hampshire Motor Speedway."

A lot of drivers say New Hampshire Motor Speedway is a really hard track to get a hold of. Why?
"I think it goes back to short-track racing. It's a flat track, super flat. If you're not comfortable with that amount of banking it can be difficult to really get your balance right on the car. You have to give up certain points of the corner in order to be good on the long run, and then also off the corner."
