"New Hampshire Motor Speedway is one of our largest events of the year for the NASCAR K&N Pro Series East, and definitely one of my favorite tracks on the schedule. It's an event that we put a lot of pressure on ourselves to perform since we're in front of the NASCAR Sprint Cup and Nationwide Series teams, so its extremely important to get the best result possible. NHMS was also the track that I made my second ever career start in the K&N Pro Series and to come away from that race last year with a top-10 finish did a lot for my career and really lead into competing at a full-time level in this series. At Langley Speedway a few weeks ago we tried something new with our flat track program and it just didn't work and eventually caused a brake failure. We have found the issue, fixed it, and now everyone here at Bassett Racing are confident and excited to get back to racing at New Hampshire Motor Speedway."
