Bryan Silas; T3R2 Introduces Rush Bowls To NASCAR At Michigan

Officials from T3R2 announced today that Rush Bowls, a revolutionary all-natural blends of fruits that serve as a healthy meal or snack alternative, will sponsor Bryan Silas at Michigan International Speedway (MIS) in Saturday afternoon’s Career for Veterans 200.

Featuring five different meals, Rush Bowls’ mission is to create wholesome, all-natural products that promote inner well-being while tasting more like sinful indulgences. Their meal line consists of power bowl, oasis bowl, energy bowl, yoga bowl and acai beach bowl.

Saturday’s race in the Irish Hills will be the company’s first foray into NASCAR.

“We’re very excited to welcome Rush Bowls to the T3R2 family this weekend at Michigan,” said driver Bryan Silas. “We’ve been fortunate to welcome some great marketing partners to our family-owned team this season. Rush Bowls is not only a perfect fit for our race team, but for the NASCAR community as a whole.”

Liz Santoro, director of Business Development for Rush Bowls, showed equal enthusiasm about their partnership with Silas and his team this weekend.

“Rush Bowls is thrilled to partner with T3R2 and Bryan in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series,” she said. “We have a lot in common. Our fan base is accessible to everyone. You can grab a Rush Bowl on the go, they fit almost every diet category and you don’t need to be an expert about cars and trucks to enjoy racing. We have a huge appeal to families who want a healthy and adventurous lifestyle and no doubt that includes NASCAR fans. Everyone gets to sit behind the wheel in life, NASCAR fans get to taste the Rush!”

Silas, a native of Stuart, Florida will make his third start at the 2.0-mile oval this weekend. The last two seasons, the 27-year old has maneuvered two top-20 finishes, including a track best of 14th in 2012. The Floridian also has three consecutive top-10 finishes, including a personal-best of sixth in the ARCA Racing Series presented by Menards from 2009 – 2011.

The Mooresville, North Carolina-based T3R2 team is hoping to improve on their prior finishes at MIS and deliver their second top-10 finish of the season in the No. 99 Rush Bowls Chevrolet Silverado.

“Cal (Boprey, crew chief) and the entire T3R2 have been working extremely hard over the last month or so on improving our on-track performance,” Silas added. “I think everyone can see that we’re making some (great) strides. We still have a ways to go, but with time, I think we’ll get there. I like Michigan and its wide surface. It usually puts on some great racing and I think we’ll have a competitive No. 99 Rush Bowls Chevrolet Silverado to contend for a good finish in their NASCAR debut.”

The Careers for Veterans 200 is the 12th of 22 races on the 2014 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series schedule. The event will be televised live on FOX Sports 1, MRN Radio and SiriusXM Satellite Radio Channel 90 on Saturday afternoon, August 16 beginning at 12:00 p.m. The green flag is scheduled to drop after 12:30 p.m. All times Eastern.
