This Week's Silverado...The No. 50 Drivin’ For Linemen team will unload the chassis named “Maxwell” for this weekend's race at Michigan. Maxwell was first run with MAKE at Pocono.

Drivin for Linemen... The Drivin’ For Linemen campaign, is the brainchild of a former electrical linemen. His concern and priority is to honor all electrical linemen, past, present, future, and fallen. He is committed to the cause of raising the awareness of what linemen do and how we wouldn’t have one of our most basic necessities now without them. The linemen work around the clock risking their lives in good and bad weather. They are now listed as a first responder. The Drivin’ For Linemen banner is carried out through the MAKE Motorsports team along with the Drivin’ for linemen 200 at Gateway Motorsports Park.

Extra Support... The #50 Chevrolet Silverado will sport Knowledge Vine LLC on the upper quarter panels along with the rear deck lid. Knowledge Vine LLC is an industry leader in Human Performance and Safety Management focused on adult learning to facilitate behavioral and cultural changes within your organization. Whether it be building a Human Performance system from the ground up or refining processes which are already in place, Knowledge Vine is ready to partner with your team to increase safety and maximize productivity. Joining in would be Elite Film Productions on the lower quarter panels. Elite Film Productions will begin shooting a major motion picture titled, Life on the Line, this September. Life on the Line will be a movie depicts the life of an Electrical Linemen

Watch and Listen...The Careers for Veterans 200 can be seen live on Saturday, August 16th on FOX Sports 1. Race coverage will begin at 12:00 p.m. EDT, and the event can also be heard live on MRN Radio as well as SiriusXM Radio, channel 90.

Previous Race Recap...Bell took the green flag from the 18th spot at Pocono Raceway. 12 laps into the race Bell reported that the transmission was jumping out of gear. The crew scrambled to get the necessary tools to make the repairs but before they could come in TJ reports in that he had lost all gears. The day was done for the #50 truck in the 29th position.

TJ Bell on Racing at Michigan International Speedway: “I’m excited to get back on the track here. We had a really good truck at Pocono until the transmission broke. I like this place because it’s fast and if I have a truck like I did at Pocono we should be really good.”
