2014 Milwaukee: IndyCar Race Results - Power, Chevrolet Win!



Team Penske IndyCar driver Will Power and his No. 12 Chevrolet has won the ABC Supply Wisconsin 250 at the Milwaukee Mile in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Team Penske IndyCar driver Will Power and his No. 12 Chevrolet has won the ABC Supply Wisconsin 250 at the Milwaukee Mile in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. For Power, it is his first win at Milwaukee and third win of the 2014 season and 22nd in his IndyCar career. It is also his 24th major open-wheel victory. In addition, it is his third career oval victory.

Juan Pablo Montoya and his No. 2 Team Penske Chevrolet was second to claim his fourth podium of the 2014 IndyCar season, and fifth of his IndyCar career. It is also his 18th major open-wheel podium of his career.

In third, Tony Kanaan and his No. 10 Ganassi Chevrolet to pick up his fifth podium of the year, and 64th of his IndyCar career. It was also his 70th major open wheel podium of his career.

Scott Dixon and Josef Newgarden would finish fourth and fifth respectively.

Carlos Munoz and his No. 34 were first out of the race after making contact on lap 130 bringing out the first yellow flag of the day.

Ryan Hunter-Reay saw his championship hopes vanish after his car was sent back to the garage on lap 168.

Next up for the IndyCar series will be the annual visit to Sonoma - next weekend - ahead of the season finale in Fontana, California.
