No. 21 Allegiant Travel Chevrolet Silverado

This Week's GMS Racing’s Chevrolet Silverado at Bristol Motor Speedway ... Joey Coulter will pilot Chassis No. 021 "Slim Shady" in the UNOH 200 presented by ZLOOP at Bristol Motor Speedway. Prior to being in the GMS Racing fleet, Chassis No. 021 spent time at Richard Childress Racing (RCR).

Coulter Returns to the Last Great Colosseum ... Although this weekend marks Coulter's first Bristol Motor Speedway appearance with GMS Racing, the Miami Springs, Fla., driver has made three other NASCAR Camping World Truck Series starts at the 0.53-mile concrete track. He earned a career-best fourth-place finish at the track in August 2012. He has earned one top-five finish and two top-10 finishes, with an average starting position of 17.3 and an average finishing position of 7.0. As well, he has completed all 604 of 604 laps he has raced at the track (100.0%).

Come Fly with Me ... Travel is Our Deal … Where does Allegiant fly? Local Allegiant destinations from Bristol Motor Speedway: Flying from Tri-Cities, Tenn. (TRI) (12 miles) to Orlando / Sanford, Fla. (SFB), and Tampa Bay Area, Fla. (PIE) or from Ashville, N.C. (AVL) (90 miles) to Orlando / Sanford, Fla. (SFB), Tampa Bay Area, Fla. (PIE), Punta Gorda, Fla. (PGD), Fort Lauderdale, Fla. In the Rearview Mirror: Michigan International Speedway ... Joey Coulter and the No. 21 Allegiant Travel Chevrolet team finished ninth in the Careers for Veterans 200 at Michigan International Speedway on Saturday afternoon after battling handling issues during the 200-mile race.

Joey Coulter Quote:

"The truck race at Bristol Motor Speedway is one of the most iconic on the schedule. The racing there is wilder and more close quarters than on any other track. This is going to be a good indicator of where we are with our No. 21 Allegiant Travel Chevrolet and how much progress GMS Racing has been able to make. Our intermediate program has progressed in a big way, so now we can see how much our short track program has grown too."

Max Gresham

No. 23 AmWINS Group Inc. Chevrolet Silverado

This Week's GMS Racing’s Chevrolet Silverado at Bristol Motor Speedway ... Max Gresham will pilot Chassis No. 009 in the UNOH 200 presented by ZLOOP at Bristol Motor Speedway. Wednesday will mark its second appearance in the 2014 season with GMS Racing. On July 11, at Iowa Speedway, teammate Spencer Gallagher drove this chassis to an eleventh-place result. This Chevrolet Silverado has also served as a backup at Martinsville Speedway to the Ryan "Pickle" London-led team. Prior to being in the GMS Racing fleet, Chassis No. 009 spent time at Richard Childress Racing with Brendan Gaughan.

Third Season Start … Bristol Motor Speedway will mark Gresham’s third start of the 2014 season with GMS Racing. Gresham will compete in a total of five events in the No. 23 AmWINS Group Inc. Chevrolet Silverado, including upcoming events at Martinsville Speedway and at Texas Motor Speedway.

The World’s Fastest Half-Mile Details ... This week's 200-lap (106.6 miles) race marks Gresham's second appearance at the Bristol, Tenn.-based facility. In last year’s event, he qualified 12th and the Milner, Ga. driver was credited with a 15th-place finish.

Short-Track Stats ... Gresham is not short on experience with race stats on tracks less than one-mile in length. He has eight starts on short tracks in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series. As well, the Milner, Ga., native has earned one win, one pole award, one top-five and four top-10 finishes in nine starts on short tracks in the Automobile Racing Club of America (ARCA) Racing Series.

In the Rearview Mirror: Kentucky Speedway ... Max Gresham, driver of the No. 23 AmWINS Group Inc. Chevrolet Silverado, scored an 11th place finish on June 26 in the UNOH 225 at Kentucky Speedway in his second start for GMS Racing this season.

Max Gresham Quote:

"I have been itching to get back in the No. 23 AmWINS Group Inc. Chevrolet Silverado since our strong run at Kentucky Speedway! I know our No. 23 GMS Racing team can get another solid finish at Bristol Motor Speedway this week. I had a very strong run there last year and I have learned a lot that I can apply to this year’s challenge.

"There are a lot of things you figure out in a race at Bristol (Motor Speedway), and since last year was my first race at the "coliseum," I did not have an idea on what I needed. Now I know what to expect; how to better prepare the truck for the race and what to expect as the race unfolds."
