Team Del Conca Gresini Moto3 will use GALFER Racing CW1 brake discs in the 2017 Moto3 World Championship, to start next March 26th in Qatar.

The two Honda NSF250RW Moto3 machines ridden by Fabio Di Giannantonio and Jorge Martin will therefore be fitted with two front GALFER Racing Wave 218x4 mm floating discs and with a rear 190x4 mm floating disc. The GALFER CW1 brake discs have been approved by HRC during the 2016 season and can therefore be used on the 2017 factory Honda Moto3 machines.

GALFER is a leading manufacturer of friction materials and components for braking systems for the motorcycling, automobile and bicycle sectors. Since the company was founded in 1952, it has been known for being at the forefront of innovation, quality and organization. Today the experience and tradition of GALFER is linked to new technologies, cutting-edge materials and to the most advanced management systems. To stay at the forefront of the market and to get to know in depth the needs for the industry, the R&D department at GALFER works closely with top-level competition teams. All GALFER products are strictly tested to guarantee the highest quality and safety levels.

“Last November we carried out the first tests with GALFER brake discs on our bikes and considering the positive feedback given by both our riders, we have been able to know their good performance. In order to be even more competitive at the start of the 2017 World Championship, we decided to start working with GALFER. Even during the recent test at Valencia our riders noticed the same positive feelings: the GALFER discs ensure excellent stopping power, while providing a more manageable braking. We are therefore very pleased to be able to count on the support of GALFER!”.
